If the warranty on your product is over, in some cases the manufacturer offers you a certain discount (called \u201cCoulance\u201d) on the repair costs. CE Repair Services will repair the product in such a case based on the manufacturer's rates. These rates are different for each manufacturer, so you will only find the corresponding rates on the quotation.<\/span><\/p>

If no goodwill applies, for example because the product is too old for this or the defect was caused by external fall, impact or usage damage, the rates below apply.\u00a0<\/span>All rates quoted include VAT.<\/span><\/p>

If the appliance cannot be repaired, you are usually entitled to another solution from your point of sale. However, we will then charge our investigation costs of \u20ac 42.50. White goods or large televisions are generally repaired at your home. These include refrigerators, washing machines, clothes dryers, and televisions larger than 55 inches.<\/span><\/p>

The cost to provide an estimate is <\/span>\u20ac 42,50<\/i>. These must be paid in advance. If you agree with the quotation, these costs will be deducted from the total amount. If you do not agree, these costs will not be refunded, as we have performed labor to prepare the quotation.<\/span><\/p>
