Les origines de CE Services Group remontent \u00e0 1984. Cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0, les premi\u00e8res activit\u00e9s de r\u00e9paration d'\u00e9lectronique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans un grenier \u00e0 La Haye (Pays-Bas). Quelque temps plus tard, l'entreprise (IDC) a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 reconditionner les produits qui devaient \u00eatre trait\u00e9s \u00e0 la suite de d\u00e9g\u00e2ts de fum\u00e9e, d'incendie et\/ou d'eau. Au fil des ans, il y a eu une sp\u00e9cialisation dans le reconditionnement des \u00e9quipements de machines de bureau.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

1990 - Reparatie van Consumenten Elektronica<\/span> <\/span><\/h2>

En 1990, le changement a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait vers le march\u00e9 de la r\u00e9paration de l'\u00e9lectronique grand public et le nom d'IDC a \u00e9t\u00e9 chang\u00e9 en Broekman Elektronica Service. 2 ans plus tard, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a conclu le premier contrat de r\u00e9paration s\u00e9rieux pour la r\u00e9paration de PC, d'\u00e9quipements audio et vid\u00e9o et de r\u00e9cepteurs satellite.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

2006 - CE Repair et croissance<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L'entreprise conna\u00eet une croissance fulgurante dans les ann\u00e9es suivantes, obtient des autorisations de r\u00e9paration pour diff\u00e9rentes marques et gagne la confiance de nombreux d\u00e9taillants ou revendeurs, y compris des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de vente par correspondance et Internet. Des collaborations intensives avec des organisations de services locales aux Pays-Bas (Drachten, Enkhuizen, Almelo) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.
Afin de rendre l'organisation sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 et reconnaissable, toutes les succursales ont re\u00e7u le nom de CE Repair en 2006 et \u00e0 partir de ce moment, toutes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 regroup\u00e9es sous un 'parapluie' commun, \u00e0 savoir CE Repair Holding.<\/p>

En 2007, Menho-ESM \u00e0 Mijdrecht a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 CE Repair, ce qui a permis de renforcer les activit\u00e9s de l'atelier. C'est ainsi que l'entreprise est devenue une organisation de services de premier plan au Benelux.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

En 2013, CE Repair Holding a \u00e9t\u00e9 renomm\u00e9 CE Services Group et 4 business units ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es : CE Repair Services, CE Logistics Services, CE Connect Services et CE ICT Services. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDepuis 2018, CE Repair Services poss\u00e8de une succursale \u00e0 Tervuren Belgique, qui agit en tant que partenaire du groupe CE Services sous le nom de CE Repair Services Tervuren. <\/span>Une expansion suppl\u00e9mentaire a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aux Pays-Bas en concluant des partenariats et en ouvrant des succursales \u00e0 Rotterdam (CE Repair Services Spijkenisse) et dans le Limbourg (CE Repair Services Parkstad).<\/span>\n\nLa demande de services logistiques sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s pour l'\u00e9lectronique grand public augmentait. Cette demande a pu \u00eatre satisfaite avec les services logistiques de CE Logistics Services et les premiers camions de CE Logistics Services \u00e9taient sur la route.<\/span>\n\nEn raison des innovations rapides de produits et de l'\u00e9volution du march\u00e9, le besoin d'\u00e9ducation est devenu de plus en plus important. Fin 2020, CE Services Group a \u00e9t\u00e9 approch\u00e9 par Clipper pour une \u00e9ventuelle reprise. Clipper propose des services complets et sur mesure et des connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail et la logistique de grande valeur. Fort de son savoir-faire sp\u00e9cifique et de ses prestations de services \u00e0 l'\u00e9lectronique grand public, CE Services Group peut apporter une valeur ajout\u00e9e. GXO, de succesvolle contract logistieke afsplitsing van XPO, heeft Clipper plc Logistics overgenomen. De twee beursgenoteerde bedrijven hebben een overeenkomst bereikt. GXO betaalt $ 1,3 miljard (\u20ac1,15 miljard) in contanten en aandelen voor de logistieke dienstverlener uit Groot-Brittanni\u00eb. Bevordering van verdere groei en uitbreidingsmogelijkheden met meer financi\u00eble zekerheid.<\/p>\n
