CE Online is a web-based ICT solution specifically intended for service organizations consisting of a full range of modules to manage service activities end-to-end. Due to constantly changing market requirements and conditions, CE Online has been further developed over the years in such a way that processes can be handled more efficiently and faster.
CE Online has all the necessary functionalities and modules such as: Order management (repair, RMA/Return, installation, purchase and sales, transport, refurbishment, DOA, scrap, etc.), planning and route optimization, real-time track & trace capabilities, WIP (Work-in-Progress) management, inventory management (own and consignment), claims, invoicing and KPI & Management reporting.

Maatwerk
Elk bedrijf heeft haar eigen methodes en specialiteiten. Middels maatwerk wordt ervoor gezorgd dat deze specifieke processen blijven bestaan en de bedrijfsidentiteit blijft bestaan. Het systeem moet de bedrijfsvoering ondersteunen.
Proces management
Middels gesprekken met key-users en management, zullen alle hoofd- en sub-processen in kaart worden gebracht. Uiteraard wordt ook gekeken naar eventuele koppelingen met andere systemen en andere wensen. Nadat deze zijn uitgetekend, gepriotiseerd en geaccordeerd zal het functionele ontwerp worden voorgelegd, alvorens tot de technische invulling over te gaan.
Oplevering
Zodra het technische gedeelte wordt opgeleverd zullen er allerlei testen worden gedaan (technische testen, end-to-end, UAT, etc.). Vervolgens zal er een officiële handover plaatsvinden.
