CE Services Group B.V., its branches and business units, hereinafter referred to as 'CESG', is a Dutch company, with its registered office at Daltonstraat 25, 3316 GD Dordrecht and registered under Chamber of Commerce no. 58336613. CESG sees it as its responsibility to protect your privacy as well as possible. and ensures the confidentiality of personal data provided to us.
This Privacy Statement Personal Data (hereinafter 'PSP') applies to all services that CESG provides. This PSP describes what data we request, for what purposes this data is needed and how CESG handles it. By using our services you agree to and comply with the contents of this PSP.

The personal data that matters
When you register for one of our services, or when a third person/party does this for you/on your behalf, we ask you to provide us with some relevant personal data. This concerns: First name and/or initials, surname, address details, email address, (mobile) telephone number, details of the relevant device, such as: brand, model/type and serial number, proof of purchase and possibly a policy number (in the event of repair at the expense of an insurer). Please note: in some cases it is possible to trace back to your bank details by means of the proof of purchase.
Objectives
The personal data will only be used to perform the requested service (quickly and adequately), including the associated communication. CESG uses this personal data not for purposes other than those described in this PSP, unless we have requested and obtained your express permission in advance.
Sharing data
The personal data you provide may be shared with relevant third parties such as service partners, carriers, clients and/or authorization providers, etc. We have concluded a processing agreement with each of these parties to guarantee the privacy of your personal data. Our own employees are also obliged to respect and guarantee the confidentiality of your data in all cases.
Access and management of personal data
The personal data provided, as well as any e-mail messages or other correspondence with regard to the services provided, are stored under lock and key on a secure server for the purpose of possible future services. CESG offers its customers, through a personal and secure access, the possibility to view and/or adjust their personal data provided to CESG at any time.
Retention period
The retention period of personal data is five (5) years, measured from the last contact moment and subject to the applicable legal retention obligations. However, every customer is always offered the option to have his/her personal data removed immediately as soon as the data is no longer necessary for the service (right to be forgotten). Please note: the removal of personal data will/may make any warranty claim (on the service provided) impossible and significantly delay any future and/or follow-up services.

This PSP is tailored to our current services. Any additions, adjustments and/or changes to our services may lead to changes to this PSP. CESG therefore reserves the right to change this statement at any time and without prior notice.
